1942 Jack leaves home……….14 years of age and admittedly seeing 26 states by the time he was 18.
Pissed off and exacting revenge in my belief:

Due to the nature of who Jack was, he should be considered and looked at for many crimes:

Friday, July 23, 1943Ora Murray 42 found nude, bludgeoned to death dumped in golf club (very reminisant of Blue Rock Springs/Zodiac) parking lot after 2am, after a night of drinking and dancing in downtown bars. Los Angeles area.

Wednesday, October 12, 1944, A maid found Georgette Bauerdorf's body, face-down in a bathtub. It is believed that she was attacked by a man who was lying in wait for her. Los Angeles County sheriff's Inspector William Penprase said that an automatic night light over the outside entrance of the apartment had been unscrewed two turns so it wouldn't go on. The murderer was thought to have stood on a chair to reach the light bulb nearly eight feet from the floor. Fingerprints were found on the bulb.  There is supposedly handwriting to the police from suspect.  Georgina Bauerdorf 20 (a friend of Beth Short's) found nude strangled in her own apt. bathtub, after apparently being followed home from the Hollywood Serviceman’s club.

The theory of someone lying in wait was reinforced by an empty string-bean can and some melon rinds, found by officers in the kitchen waste basket. Investigators think Bauerdorf may have eaten a snack before retiring upstairs to her bedroom. Examination of her stomach revealed that she had eaten string beans about an hour before her death.

Bauerdorf's jewelry and other valuables were not stolen, although almost $100 was taken from her purse. There was a large roll of $2 bills and thousands of dollars worth of sterling silver lying in an open trunk.

Turns out that Aggie Underwood, an aggressive crime reporter for the "Herald-Express" believed that Baurdorf's murder was connected to Black Dahlia's murder, but was ordered off the story by William Randolph Hearst.

1. Both women were involved with a bathtub, per LE...
2. Both women knew each other...
3. Connie Baurdorf's car was found near the crime scene of Black Dahlia.

Will continue shortly....

I have been told as of lately by some credible sources that I should look to where the money is... I must admit at this point, that I am very torn by the fact that the "Hearst" legacy had anything to do with calling off of one of their best reporters on this case. Kind of like a Cold Case detective on this case. The story is very reminiscent of others I have been made aware of...

No surprise that William Randolph Hearst, who took over the San Francisco Examiner, is the very person who ordered his own reporter off the case (Zodiac chose to taunt the Examiner, and is involved in these cases.) We shall see if he has anything to do with the current News and Newspapers of today???

I do know that the SF Examiner is responsible for supporting the same old 2001 scans as Tom Voigt, and does not show any other versions of the Zodiac letters than he does which might coincide with TV having a family member who was affiliated with SFPD, and was funneled all the information or requests in regards to this case since 2004...

Los Angeles Examiner was also granted to the Hearst family...

The Boston American, Boston Mass., where BD was from, and the Los Angeles Examiner, and Seattle Post-Examiner, I think this just about covers all the angles for Black Dahlia and many others.

The question here is, why would someone call off their best investigative reporter from a real story????

I believe that at one point catseye made reference between SF Examiner and KRON who is now the current owner of CBS13 as a pillar to where they came from. I will have to check my note, but I am sure if she is correct, that DK was in fact played by Chris Pickel of CBS13....Who originally came out of AZ where Steve Dewhurst came from.

Nanette, I've been reading a couple of books about famed aviator Charles Lindbergh, his book and a bio by A.Scott Berg. Lindbergh refused to have any business dealings with William Randolph Hearst because of Hearst's reputation for yellow journalism. Lindbergh turned down big money offers from Hearst.

Also, I noted the fact that one or more of the ransom letters in the kidnapping case of Lindbergh's son, that; in the address box to Lindbergh, the letter "J" was backwards stemmed, implying that the author was dyslexic. Perhaps the Lindbergh crime inspired our suspect to use that particular nuance in and on his own crime documents?

I think that the backwards "J" is something that JT took notice to early in his life, but probably more due to the pun it being a J and T all in a one letter acronym, and the Anchor symbol fitting for JWT.

Interesting that Hearst's haters claimed yellow journalism. Doesn't surprise me that one of the world's biggest money makers earned it all the wrong way. Sad to say that journalism had already received this kind of reputation so early in our history where they were responsible for telling the people the truth. hmmmmmm.... Makes you wonder about everything else, doesn't it? Not really!

They were saying that, for instance; the way the photo's of Robert Manley were taken, was meant to make him look sinister by placing the lighting low and upwards. Many newspapers were and are running a political agenda. After Charles Lindbergh made his 1927 transatlantic flight, Hearst was making Lindy all kinds of big money offers, but Lindy didn't want anything to do with Hearst. Also, it's well documented that Aggie Underwood was pulled off of the Bauerdorf and E.Short cases by old man Hearst.

I wanted to post some new stuff on the Black Dahlia thread but it's locked out. Why it's locked out, i don't know.

Black Dahlia is unlocked now TerryB...

So, where is the connection????  Bauerdorf was well to do, and ES was a want to be and friend of Bauerdorf. Is BD something like the Marilyn Monroe of JFK or what? Someone who knew too much. I can't help but think that the cutting of ES's mouth was because she talked to someone about something... Maybe, she even attempted to blackmail the wrong person. If we are talking about more than one person being involved then I would say that JT may have been one of many hired guns, or if she merely said no to JT then it was his sick way of making her pay. There is definitely a few options or theories, I just find it interesting that Bauerdorf is unsolved just like Elizabeth Short, and a can of green beans were found partially eaten on or around her porch. How many people do you find eating at the scene of an "about to be" crime. But, we see it happen in Bauerdorf, JonBenet Ramsey, and Timothy King. I'm sure that if presented with more of the facts surrounding these cases, we might see this emerge as a fact in many other cases. This does help seal the pre-planned motive of a hired gun rather than that of a psycho who has lost his marbles.

If there were more than one person involved, this would be a unique way to tie-in a crime spree committed by a single person who was a narcissist that demanded recognition for his part kinda like the handwritten/typed communications. Or to confuse on purpose so that it would seem far too crazy to look for a single individual. I could go all kinds of different directions with this.

Bauerdorf and E.Short knew each other according to Donald Wolfe's book. E.Short stayed at many mob associated hotels. Perhaps E. Short had put things together. Remember that some information is withheld from the public by LE. E. Short and Marilyn Monroe knew each other. The guy that played Dagwood Bumstead was actor Arthur Lake, evidence shows that he dated E. Short.

The killer of E. Short called Richardson of the Examiner, a copy of what the killer said is in Wolfes book, the next day they got the envelope with some of her things in it, the day after they got the "January Turning" postcard, which is a JT clue by the way it was structured. On the "paste up" envelope that arrived first, notice the word "other", it also has a "jt" integrated into it. Newbies won't understand that the words "letter to follow" may be a cryptic message meaning "letter to Flova", I know that seems like a stretch but not when coupled with the rest of what we know about our suspect.

These killing were all made to look like "something they were not", all of the fanciful things to make them look like they were the work of a psycho is merely window dressing, it acts to steer everyone else away from the actual motives.

Donald Wolfe's take on the Dahlia case makes the most sense given what we all know.

We are constantly being steered in the direction of either carefully "listening" or "reading", so I think that this is where the clues are, and maybe why after all these years and all these crimes, when everything is read together, it makes perfect sense to someone like me who has no outside influence or bias. I just compare the handwriting, and read the communications in date order. I will be doing this with all letters found to see which stand out of place and which ones fit in just like a puzzle piece. The "key" is a puzzle.
