"Right off the bat," so to speak, a very strong Zodiac killer hint occurs as the reference to the Mikado/"I have a little list," Zodiac killer document.

There are many Zodiac killer hints available on the RN to those that are studied up on the Zodiac killer documents. I've highlighted some of them here in red.

Again, his manipulation of the letter i's is a primary device that he used. Bear in mind the "14 eye's" hints on the Zodiac killer's Halloween Card. That same card has the image of a little jet (a then pending hint at the DB Cooper caper) in one of the skull's eyes. It just dawned on me to point out that the damage to the victim's skull has the gaping crack that runs all the way around to over her right eye.

"FolLaw" is an anagram for Jack Tarrance's mother's middle name, Flova, which is found on key documents, such as the Zodiac killer's 340 cipher. It also implies "fake law," which most certainly is  historically a key feature of the Ramsey case.

Intentionally misspelled words, is another key feature.

Down the rabbit hole and a "jack" rabbit hint is another repetitive hint.

The word "The" has an identical copy on the second RN page and directly linked to the 'Paradice(sic) Slaves' Zodiac killer document.

"You Are Next," "He is Next" hints, point back to the Black Dahlia case documents.

For the sake of focus, several other things are left out of this annotated copy of the RN, such as JT hints, "not" modifier hints, manipulated structures which offer up sensible statements, structural word anagrams, multiple meaning hints, nooses, pointers, flag(s?) and many many more items:

Well Nanette, I still haven't seen catseye's grill pattern thing that you say that she used on the 340 cipher, but I did discover this on a video by David Oranchak where he posted the following two double patterns from the 340 cipher. I'm posting an image of the zig-zag trail that leads up to Pelican Butte Oregon, as well. Awhile back I used the same approach for obtaining the Pelican Butte coordinates that I used to solve the truest meaning of the cryptic sign-off "Victory! S.B.t.C, on the Ramsey ransom note. I wonder if anyone has tried to use these particular patterns in an attempt to decode parts of the 340 cipher by moving the patterns around on the thing?

I add the point that the chances of these two particular pattern pairs happening randomly, is astronomically improbable, meaning that they were intentional artifacts of the 340 cipher. In review, I'm surprised that Oranchak wouldn't have picked up on the extreme significance of this particular discovery?

I edited this posting to fix my initial text statement, which was faulty and probably because I was tired and/or distracted when I first put it up.

If you take the last three images that I posted and put them up side by side on your display, you can then see that there's a correlation in terms of both the 340 cipher double patterns; to the Pelican Butte roadway pattern.  There's also a chance that the roadway leading up to Pelican Butte has changed somewhat since the late 1960's. This whole works is still a puzzle or set of puzzles that needs to have more exploratory work applied to it.

In thinking about and reviewing certain basic facts about the surface of the 340 cipher, certain items now stand out above all other items: So far, we have 6ea FLO adjacent letter patterns, the first three are very obvious, but the last three take some study to locate, and we now have these two basic zigzag patterns which repeat once each for each one, or, in other words, there are two pairs in all. In total, these are of far greater significant substance than any and all other superficial items, even though some of the other items seem tantalizing.

Now, you can add to the last paragraph the fact that I obtained the decimal GPS Pelican Butte location from the 340 cipher by using the same exact methodology that I used to solve the "Victory! S.B.t.C" puzzle on the Ramsey ransom note, which gave us the decimal GPS coordinates of rural Michigan's intersection of Burke St (her brother's name) and Garrett Rd (the traditional pronunciation of a garrote). While I cautiously use the term "astronomically improbable" in describing all of these items in concert, the term "astronomically impossible" is really more the case. We would need the help of a panel of actuaries to determine what the "odds" are of these things being random, even though an "odds" formula result would be functionally downright absurd in size.

I very strongly assert that the above information alone, is irrefutable proof of linkage between the California Zodiac killer's 340 cipher and the JonBenet' Ramsey very fanciful and certainly phony ransom note.

I posted this on a YouTube comments section, which has footage of Lin Wood expressing his outrage at CBS for their Sept 2016 airing of 'The Case of JonBenet Ramsey.' I dispute that the device used to end her life was a "garrote," when it was really a 'noose and handle' assembly:

A historical garrote is a device that is used with a twisting motion, meaning a large diameter of rope is a key part. A small diameter rope is what was used on the victim and my research tells me that it was probably parachute cord, and that the device was more of a noose and pull handle, than anything else. This means that the killer(s) would have had to push away from the victim's body in order to tighten the noose, either that or they would have needed to practically hang the victim, in order to apply pressure. Moreover, the extended length of lead line on that noose assembly, bolsters my point that it is not an historical example of a garrote. Amazingly, that very device is depicted in several places on the ransom note, like for instance, in the first example of the word "delivery" and the word "dog."

Add this food for thought: Attempt to "reverse engineer" how this little girl died and you'll undoubtedly find that you'll have a real puzzle on your hands in explaining certain things. Right away, the angle and direction of the head blow comes to mind. Is your conclusion gonna point to more than one person being actively involved in the commission of her murder?

I think that you are onto something, TerryB. The zigzag pattern lends to Harriette's contention that the 340 cipher is a grill and not a message to be solved. It is a grill used to solve the messages within the communications as you have plentifully shown. See DB Cooper for Harriette's newest solve and many more to come.

"Congruent" is the geometric term that best describes those repeating zigzag patterns. So, when you state "not a message to be solved," I assume that you meant to say that not every single letter or symbol was necessarily used to contain one or more messages therein?

Again, I'd like to see her methodology and what "grill" patterns she used.

Judging by the overall randomness of the 340 cipher, in using those zigzag patterns a person is gonna have to write down all of the resulting sets, then attempt to decipher those same resulting sets. But what if additional decimal GPS coordinates are found to be what he was really after, and meant to be of the greatest significance? As you know; the art of navigation seems to be about as "Zodiac Jack 101" as it can get. The Ramsey murder doesn't simply contain one or two little hints that it's another Zodiac killer type of operation, it has a hell of a lot of hints, hints that link several high profile "shock and awe" "cash cow" crimes.

I believe that I stated a long time ago that the 340 cipher reminds me of the pattern that you'd get if you tilted a PacMan arcade machine and it had to auto reboot. This could mean that every single one of the letters or symbols on the 340 could potentially represent a command line shortcut, which 'in turn' could potentially trigger several more things to take place.

But again, you can easily observe that the congruent zigzag patterns on the 340, are also closely congruent to the Pelican Butte zigzag trail pattern by overlay. And, I obtained the Pelican Butte decimal GPS coordinates by using the same exact methodology that I used to get the "Victory! S.B.t.C/Burke St and Garrett Rd decimal GPS coordinates. The odds of all of these things being random, is astronomically improbable, which is overwhelming proof that they were deliberate acts and rigged by the same person(s). In turn, this is overwhelming proof of linkage between the Zodiac killer 340 cipher document and the JonBenet' Ramsey so-called ransom note. So how could a smart guy like David Ornchak have missed the great significance of of the two pairs of congruent zigzag 340 cipher patterns? Or did he?

BTW, as I recall, it was Harriet/catseye that was a big proponent of Indian symbols. Look up the subject of the Pelican Zodiac, which is said to have been a form of Primal Astrology. I would caution others to not read too much into that whole business. As the fictional LA Detective Joe Friday said: "Just the facts, ma'am." However, these crimes can't be solved with a single minded approach, like being falsely led into assuming that JonBenet's killer(s?) was simply a vicious pedophile. The sum of the rest of the evidence clearly shows that the pedophilia angle was a sidetracking ploy.
